Our meticulously crafted Cold Brew is a tribute to Denmark’s rich tradition of filter coffee, with a refreshing twist.

Brewed over 20 to 22 hours using our perfected Hagen recipe, this drink embodies the essence of our four-year journey in mastering cold extraction.

When coffee is brewed cold, the bitter tasting notes don’t develop as much and this allows the other flavour notes to come through.

This is why we chose these two interesting and rare beans - their flavour profiles are truly highlighted by the cold brewing method.

 

Bean Profile

Himalayan Speciality Coffee and Brazilian Coffee

For our Cold Brew, we source our beans directly from selected farmers in the Taplejung region of Nepal and Minas Gerais, Brazil.

Naturally processed, both our Himalayan beans and our Brazilian ones are grown at elevations between 1100 and 1200 masl.

A light to medium roast is achieved in-house, at Hagen Belgravia, using Bellwether, an all-electric and ventless roasting technology; the next step in Hagen’s ever-increasing focus on decreasing environmental impact.

Our eco-roasting process allows us to reduce CO2 emissions by 90%, reflecting our dedication to sustainability.
